What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 10 VR headsets. We can discuss a demonstration or test sample, select a configuration and plan delivery around your volume
How do warranty and service work?
We provide warranty service and technical support. Your quotation and contract set out the warranty term, replacement process and service plan so you know how the fleet will be maintained
Can we use our own application?
Yes. We review your application, SDK and use case. A development package is available on request, and we check compatibility before scaling up
Can the product work in an isolated network?
We will help select an architecture for your network, including application installation, access, updates and fleet management. Together we define the functions you need and test them during a pilot
What content can be included?
VIAVR’s own library, AirPano content, games, interactive applications and your materials. We select the mix, check compatibility and include usage rights and updates in the proposal
